The manufacturer prepares and packages the contents and produces the kits in 100% gluten-free facility using gluten-free ingredients. Contents are batch tested and qualify as gluten-free by the Celiac Sprue Association-USA.
Meal contents are freeze-dried to maintain flavor and nutrients, then packaged in Mylar bags with oxygen absorbers and has a shelf life of four to five years. The kit is shipped in disposable boxes for easy storage.
